时间竞赛

下个星期~
三月八号~伟祥就回来了~
十号~喵喵回来~

原本啊~和伟祥计划了点东西~
可惜~接了学校的job~
每个星期五到日~晚上~
到四月多~@。@~

可有的忙了咯~
下个星期就是最后一个星期的food testing 了~
过后~4course~就开始了~
虽然我不是第一个~但是应该也不是很久~

学院的课程也有所更改~
原本是7月final exam 后~
才开始去training~
可是现在六月二十就要去了~
做到12月~一完毕training就是final~闲掉~
去training前~还要~准备英文的final exam~还有 theory exam~
presentation~4course menu 要卖~和interview~@。@晕死~

Diploma的生活

Diploma~
的時間表和課程~
看到就讓我呼吸不了~

三十六個禮拜
有
14個報告~要做~
15份菜單要賣~其中一份是要我自己設計的~
夠力多得考試~
上課時間星期一到四~有時星期五和六要上課~
但是到明年每個星期六~都要上課~
日本餐~~

以上除了日本餐以外~
只要一個沒完成~或是沒做好~甚至考試達不到每張超過65分~
我就不用考Diploma C&G 倫敦 的考試~
也就是說~我浪費了2年~

要重考的話~
C&G
theory 七百五
practical 沒記錯超過一千~
兩個加起來是接近2千多~>.<~

下個禮拜二就是
certificate Level 2 Final Exam~
last time haven get the Good grades~
hope this time will good more then last time~

Simulation Final Examination

2day is the Simulation Final Examination ~
haven get the Good grades~

Theory
i get the Class scores of the lowest
lot questions i don't know answer ~
T.T

Soup
For the soup i ordering wrong with out the recipe~
is too sad and sorry for the classmate ~
get our all the soup is Failed ~

Main course
This is dame bad for me~
out of the basic of cook~
not good for cut off the bone~
and lot of problem

Dessert
fruit cut~
lucky its is ok~

Is too sad i get the results like this~
Once again wondered if I have the capability to continue~
don't what can i do~

now i am the diploma student~
but what i get at my certificate in cook?
get shit~
the Formal exams will be November 10~2009
Start the Diploma class at November 2~2009
now got 2 week holiday about it~
study the theory exam
still have the dim sum class and Japanese class~
still not like holiday ~
buy some chicken try cut off bone and fry it again~
try to make all the things to be Very good~

Headache~ need a rest?
maybe yes~
is without mood 2day~

A very tight timetable for

so body are saying me crazy now~
why?
because of my timetable~

now me at a week Monday and Wednesday
i will be a class for dim sum at
Evening 6pm until Night 9.30pm
after it i will take bus to go to the KL central
then take KTM to back to Rawang~
and the time i Come back Rawang~is 12am++
then next day i morning 5am-5.20am weak up then
take 6.05am the train to go to college~
haha~
its that crazy? i thinks just ok lor~haha~

2moro is my First Final exam for the certificate~
then i will be Diploma student ~
but still got second final exam at November~
November i Start diploma also~

Hope have a good luck at 2moro~

First time write English at here~>.<

考試前一周(更新~加照片)

還有九天~

就要大考了~
還蠻緊張的~
抽到的是~
Soup
Minestrone soup

Main course
Chicken chop with Mushroom sauce
Sever with Mashed potatoes and vegetable~


Dessert
Fruit


爲了做好充足準備~
這個星期六晚上打算煮
Chicken chop with Mushroom sauce~
Sever with Mashed Potatoes and Coleslaw~

大概換了一點~vegetable~等下家裡沒人吃~
也會嘗試弄水果~練Cutting 和 擺碟~

湯就不煮了~怕浪費~
蠻不好喝的~西餐很多鬼靈精怪的東西~
這是一個~不好喝的~>.<
這個對我來說~
在考試是看運氣了~

有人要來“粘餐”？哈哈~

考完笔试了~

今天把最后2张Assessment考了~
接下来的就是Practice Assessment 了~

最后一页的时间表~

Final Exam 的~
Theory~
Practice~
的考试~才会吐血~

Theory~
要把lvl1到2的都读完~
